- 1 (450 g) sweet potato, cut into 3 parts
- 2/3 c dairy-free cream
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp yeast flakes
- pinch of sea salt
- pinch of black pepper

Boil the potato in a saucepan until fork-tender.

In a food processor, add the potato, cream, lemon juice, spices. Blend until smooth.
