Frozen Strawberry Yogurt Dessert

Ingredientai
  • 1 1/2 c Greek yogurt
  • 4 big strawberries
  • 3 tbsp liquid honey or maple syrup
  • strawberries, blueberries for decorating
Gaminimas

  1. In a food processor, add the yogurt, strawberries, honey and blend until smooth. 

  2. Pour the mixture into silicone muffin molds.

  3. Freeze at least for a few hours. 

  4. Remove from molds. Before eating, keep in room temperature for a few minutes. Decorate with berries.
