Ingredientai
  • 5 medium eggs
  • 200 ml dairy-free cream (I used oat cream)
  • 1 c cheese, grated (I used 1/2 c pizza cheese, 1/2 Emmental cheese)
  • 1 medium broccolli, separated into florets
  • 1 red pepper, cubed
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • 1/3 tsp garlic powder
  • pinch of black pepper
  • pinch of sea salt
Gaminimas

  1. Lightly heat the skillet. Add the broccoli, pepper, and splash of water. Cover and cook for a few minutes, until the veggies soften.

  2. Preheat oven to 180 C temp. In a big bowl, lightly whisk the eggs. Pour the cream. Add the cheese, veggies, spices.

  3. Grease 24 cm round pan. Pour the mixture into a pan.

  4. Bake for about 30-35 min. Increase the temperature to 200 C and bake still 5 min., until top lightly golden.
