Ingredientai
- 1 medium-sized zucchini
- 1 c grated cheese (I used Emmental cheese)
- 1 c pizza sauce (I used spicy sauce)
- 100 g sausages, sliced
- black pepper
- parsley, pizza spice (optional)
Gaminimas
Preheat oven to 200 C temp. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the zucchini in half. Slice lengthwise.
Spread the sauce. Add the sausages. Season with black pepper, pizza spices.
Transfer zucchini slices on the baking sheet.
Bake about 18-20 min. Garnish with parsley (optional).
