Ingredientai
  • 1 medium size broccoli, separated into florets
  • 2 medium size carrots, sliced diagonally
  • 1 yellow pepper, cutted into strips and halved
  • 1/2 red pepper, cutted into strips and halved
  • 1/2 c salted and roasted peanuts
  • spring onion (optional)
  • oil for cooking
Sauce
  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 1/4 c water
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 clove of garlic, grated
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
Gaminimas
  1. In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the veggies. Cook, stirring, about 4-5 min. Veggies should be softened but still crispy.

  3. Add the sauce, peanuts. Combine and cook until the sauce thickened about 1-2 min.

  4. Sprinkle with spring onions (optional).
