Ingredientai
- 1 1/2 c Greek yogurt
- 4 big strawberries
- 3 tbsp liquid honey or maple syrup
- strawberries, blueberries for decorating
Gaminimas
In a food processor, add the yogurt, strawberries, honey and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into silicone muffin molds.
Freeze at least for a few hours.
- Remove from molds. Before eating, keep in room temperature for a few minutes. Decorate with berries.
