Ingredientai
  • 3 medium ripe bananas (mashed bananas - 330 g)
  • 1/2 c (100 ml) dairy-free milk (I used almond milk)
  • 1/3 c (45 ml) oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c (190 g) buckwheat flour
  • 1/3 c (75 ml) maple syrup
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp coarsely chopped almonds (optional)
Gaminimas
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C temp.

  2. In a big bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.

  3. Add the milk, oil, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, sugar. Lightly whisk until combined.

  4. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and sugar. Pour twice into a wet ingredients bowl. Mix until combined.

  5. Line the loaf pan (25x11 cm) with parchment paper. Pour the dough into a pan. Sprinkle with almonds.

  6. Bake about 50-55 min.
