Ingredientai
  • 250 g pasta (Farfalle)
  • 1 (450 g) sweet potato, cut into 3 parts
  • 2/3 c dairy-free cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp yeast flakes
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of black pepper
Gaminimas
  1. Boil the potato in a saucepan until fork-tender.

  2. In a food processor, add the potato, cream, lemon juice, spices. Blend until smooth.

  3. Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente according to package instructions. Pour the sauce over pasta, toss to coat.
