Ingredientai
Chicken
  • 4 (450 g) chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp chili
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/3 tsp garlic powder
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of black pepper
Salad
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1 1/3 c canned corns
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 avocados, chopped
  • 2 c iceberg lettuce, chopped
Dressing
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp chili
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of black pepper
Gaminimas
  1. Preheat oven to 200 C temp.

  2. Place chicken breast in a glass dish. Pour the oil, sprinkle the spices. Coat them from both sides.

  3. Bake, according to the size of breasts, about 18-24 min. Take out of the oven. Cover the dish and take a rest for about 5 min. 

  4. In a big bowl, mix all ingredients, except chicken breast and avocado.

  5. In a small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients. Pour on the salad and combine.

  6. Serve with chicken breast and avocado.
