Ingredientai
Quinoa
  • 1 st. quinoa
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
Vegetables
  • 2,5-3 cup zucchini, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli, separated into small florets
  • 1 cup frozen corns
Other ingredients
  • 1 clove of garlic, grated
  • 2 tbsp oil, for frying
  • 1 tsp red pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/3 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (I used Sriracha)
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • white pepper
  • Himalayan salt
Gaminimas
  1. Cook the quinoa according to package directions. Cooked quinoa mix with turmeric.

  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok. Add the garlic, spices, except salt and pepper. Cook about 30 s. Add the carrot. Cook for 1 min. Add the veggies, except broccoli. Cook for 3 min., stirring frequently. Add the broccoli. Cook for 2 min.

  3. Turn off the heat. Add the quinoa, lemon juice, hot sauce, pepper, salt. Mix well.
