Ingredientai
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked quinoa (1/2 cup uncooked)
  • 1 cup carrots, finely grated
  • 3 tbsp chickpea flour (or other flour)
  • 3 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, grated
  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • pinch of white pepper
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • pinch of Himalayan salt
Yogurt sauce
  • 1/3 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp red paprika powder
  • pinch of white pepper
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • pinch of Himalayan salt
Gaminimas
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.

  2. In a big bowl, combine all the ingredients. Form small patties. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, transfer the patties. Bake for about 25 min.

Yogurt sauce
  1. Combine all the ingredients. Mix well.
