Preheat oven to 180C.
Finely grate the carrots.
Chickpeas rinse in tap water, drain. In a food processor, add all ingredients, except carrots and flour. Process until blended but not pureed.
In the bowl, mix well chickpeas with carrots, flour. Scoop dough and form into patties. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 min.
In the small bowl, mix all ingredients.
