Ingredientai
  • 2 middle-sized carrots
  • 1 can chickpeas (240 g chickpeas)
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2-3 tbsp gluten free flour (or other flour)
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne powder
  • 3/4 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp sea salt
Yogurt sauce
  • 1/2 cup oat yogurt (or other dairy free yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp apple vinegar
Gaminimas
  1. Preheat oven to 180C. 

  2. Finely grate the carrots.

  3. Chickpeas rinse in tap water, drain. In a food processor, add all ingredients, except carrots and flour. Process until blended but not pureed.

  4. In the bowl, mix well chickpeas with carrots, flour. Scoop dough and form into patties. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 min.

Yogurt sauce
  1. In the small bowl, mix all ingredients.
